Surprisingly this one has some challenging moves in it.  I find myself having to modify the workout in a couple of places because of my lower back... most of the workout was very doable for me.

This workout was tough for an intermediate body weight workout. Elise is a good instructor and cues well. The style of routine reminds me of Ruah Release, but faster and more cardio. The toning segments are tougher than I expected. Over all, I really wanted to like this workout and I can't put my finger on why it gives me a bit of dread. Maybe it's the set that feels kind of drab to me. I like that she gives different levels you can follow.

This is a surprisingly tough and effective workout, particularly the toning segments.  I would rate this dvd as an intermediate-advanced, rather than intermediate.

The 20 minute interval section is low impact, but high intensity, with modulating levels from low to high.  You get a quick effective workout with very little direct impact on the joints.

I would say the abs and arms section, are more advanced.  I mostly modified the workouts during these segments.

Overall, I highly recommend this workout.

I thought this was a creative and highly effective workout.  Elise is friendly, personable and a clear, knowledgable instructor.  She has unique moves that really tone the body.  I loved this workout and felt the results the next day.  And...you don't need anything but your own self to do it!
