I don't normally like kickboxing as cardio but Yumi gives amazing pointers so I really got a great workout. I really liked the music too. The sculpting section incorporates the bending, pushing, pulling, squatting moves that gives you a full body workout and keeps your heart rate up. The metabolism workout has toning and jump training. One exerciser shows modifications for easier versions and one shows harder modifications. I did not try the bonus abs section but it looks yoga inspired.

.I purchased this workout because of the instructor,Yumi Lee, who was once on Lifetime Channel "My Workout by Pod Fitness",I loved her on that fitness show and was disappointed when the show one day just disappeared off the air. Yumi Lee's,positive,low key personality really makes these workout fun,fun,fun.Yumi uses creative movements to work your entire body.Balancing movements,or high impact or not the choice is left up to you,she gives you modifications. The Cardio Kickboxing was fun.Yumi's imagery is amazing,helping you visualize how to do the movements better and more effective.A true Intermediate workout as an advance exerciser,I didn't find it very intense.The DVD is divided into 3-20 minute workouts plus a bonus ab section, you can do them when you're short on time,as add ons or for lighter days Work up a sweat do them all at once like I did and get a great 75 min workout that will keep your heart rate up and work your entire body. Very nice and flexible workout.A keeper for me
