Welcome to Barlates Slide and Glide Series, a complete workout system of 12 highly effective workouts that will help you burn fat and create a long, lean physique. These workouts use the sliders as well as some other simple equipment to give you maximum results in minimum time.

You can mix and match the workouts if you want a longer challenge, or do them individually when you are short on time!

THE SET INCLUDES:
Slider Series (129 mins, 4 workouts: Squats & More, Intervals, Slide and loop, Slide and Box): There's a mix of cardio and toning to work every muscle in your body! You will see some boxing, some fun 50/10 intervals and tough resistance loop gliding exercises.
Slide and Burn Series (178 mins, 4 workouts: Intervals, with ball, cardio sculpt, with weights): These workouts take it up a notch in intensity and length. You will get a big cardio factor with fast paced combinations that will include light and medium weights as well as a fit ball and resistance loop for various workouts. You will burn a ton of calories and the sweat will be flying with these challenging workouts.
Fit in 5 Glide Series (120 mins, 4 workouts: Cardio Sculpt, Inner Thighs, Standing Lower, Total Mat): A set of workouts that use gliding discs to torch fat and sculpt all those problem areas! You will see some interesting new combinations to keep your mind and body engaged. There are standing and mat exercises with a barre Pilates fusion style.

Equipment: light and medium dumbbells, resistance loop, stability ball for one workout and a chair.
