I love this one and I was not pregnant. Suzanne is one of akin in how effective she makes her workouts and how they flow together. She gives such good tips on form and sets you up for success. It is not as hard as her other dvds obviously but great for anyone. A must buy for anyone that loves barre or Suzanne.

I'm not pregnant (never been, never will be), but I bought this one because I loved Suzanne's other barre workouts.  No regrets. It's a solid workout, all around, and being pregnant/post natal is not a prerequisite for getting a good burn. If you like Barre Amped or TT&T, you will find this a good addition to your collection. It's not as intense as the others, but it is effective.

Short workouts that you can do alone or string together.  This is another prenatal DVD that I would do even if I wasn't pregnant.  The workouts are quick but challenging and I feel good after doing them.
