Welcome to my SPEED WALKING series! Ramp it up a notch with these faster paced walking workouts. Get lots of steps into a shorter amount of time. The workouts range from 15 mins all the way up to 35 mins, so you can choose one to suit your schedule. Modifications are shown throughout, so it’s one you can grow with! THE SET INCLUDES: 2000 Steps (16 min): Get ready to torch calories and burn fat with this speed walking 2000 Steps workout. The exercises will change every 50 seconds for a total of 15 minutes. No difficult choreography in this one, just easy to follow steps that burn a ton of calories. 2500 Steps (22 min): this fat torching routine is a quick way to get your step count up for the day. Easy to follow steps with options to make them more dancey and energetic depending on your fitness level and mood! 40 second intervals with 10 seconds rest. 3000 Steps (25 min): fast paced and super fun, this 3000 Steps workout will burn a ton of calories. The exercises will change every 50 seconds for a total of 25 minutes. 3500 Steps (32 min): a fun, easy-to-follow dancey style. It uses 60 second intervals with no rest to get in maximum steps in minimum time. This is a no repeat workout with tons of variety, so the time will fly past! 3800 Steps (34 min): another dancey style step workout with 40 second intervals and 10 seconds rest. No repeat, low impact and modifications available. 4000 Steps (35 min): this workout uses intervals of 45 seconds with 10 seconds of active rest. This is a no repeat workout with tons of variety, so the time will fly past! It is a fast pace, if you stick to the beat you can easily exceed 4000 steps.

What is Barlates Body Blitz: Barlates is a fusion style workout that borrows from pilates, barre, ballet, yoga and more traditional cardio and toning. The idea was to create a workout, which flows seamlessly from one move into the next using the principles of isotension and high repetitions to build long, lean muscles. By using a lighter weight with high repetitions the exercises are designed to target all of those underused smaller muscle groups resulting in a defined, lengthened dancer's physique. This is a real girls workout in the sense that it is fun and feminine, but don't get me wrong it is still super intense with a big burn factor! The workouts are designed to be mixed and matched with an array of 20-30 minute upper body, lower body, abdominal and total body workouts that can be strung together for a longer session or done individually if you are short on time. These workouts will hit all those trouble spots and best of all you don't even need to wear shoes to do them! Get ready to sweat, puff and burn - hopefully you'll love every minute of it!
