I liked this one much more than the original from the Intensity  Series.  Most of the drills have more moves to it than just your one basic drill. The weight work also has more of a pattern to it than just basic reps. I did this in the morning when I less energetic and I was comfortably winded. I love the time frame, when I want a quick workout. I would have given it 5 stars but I am a music  person and the music  is awful. High pitched, twangy electronic sound. Cathe also doesn't keep to the  beat, which there hardly is a beat anyway. I will use this often, despite the  bad music.

The work out was fun. However, the whole time I kept feeling like something was missing. I have worked out to Cathe since the 90's and IMHO none of her bootcamp dvd's compare to the original one from her intensity series. I keep buying them hoping for another to wow me like that one did. I will only use this if I just want a change once in a while for the fun factor. Otherwise I don't see me reaching for it much.

I very much enjoyed this workout; it zipped along and the moves felt fresh. I did not care for the music but with a no music option it's easy to play my own. Excellent premixes.
