5 of 5 Great metabolic style workout October 22, 2024

This is one of Tracie's longer workouts that leaves me thoroughly worked out when done. You use a med ball, and two pairs of dumbbells (lighter and heavier.) It's well chaptered so you can pick or skip an exercise. She mixes in athletic cardio and has some great combo moves that work on mobility. The music works well with the moves but nothing remarkable. The view in the background behind the doors isn't the best but you'll be working so hard it won't matter. ;⁠-⁠)

Side note:  she mentions doing Turkish get ups but she actually does half get ups ( so  the exercise is more accessible than full Turkish get ups.)
