In this workout, Tracie uses relatively light weights and compound movements to produce a surprisingly challenging workout.  The cardio is all controlled impact, so it's ideal for older exercisers.  Stronger Longer will not only develop your strength and cardiovascular fitness, but also improve your joint mobility and posture.  As well, the DVD is well-chaptered so you can easily do the joint mobility and posture segments as a recovery session.

As always, Tracie's cueing is calm and professional.
