I own all three Barreamped workouts. ( the latest version was a gift). There is a tutorial on form that I highly recommend watching if this is the first time. I found it very helpful. The workout is chaptered and all are under twenty minutes. My favorite was the thigh chapter and glute chapter. The exercises are simple yet so effective. My glutes and thighs ( especially inner thighs) have DOMS and I workout regularly. However all of the chapters are equally effective. The pretzel, which is a seated move for the lower body is done differently. Instead of raising your back leg you pulse it. Different but it works. I have nicknamed Suzanne "Queen of the Inner Thighs" because she works them so well. This is the case for all her workouts. I am keeping this in my rotation.

This is my current go-to barre workout. First, the instructor is fantastic--encouraging, not at all annoying. Suzanne gives excellent form pointers and suffers a long with you. The workout is broken into sections (chapters), making it quite versatile. While this workout it hard, there is not dread factor involved. It's an excellent full body workout. I bought it for the leg sections but have discovered that the arms/core sections are equally as effective. Bravo to Suzanne on this treasure. I hope she puts out some more DVDs like this one.

I Love Suzanne Bowen she is amazing and the best at motivation and form ques. Her Barre workouts are harder than any p90x, Cathe, or Hiit style workouts out there. Its the focus on form and the muscle that leaves your muscles worked and happy . This is a must buy for every fitness enthusiast.
