    This one is great ecept the jumping rope part isn't as easy. They seem to be jumping with perfect rope-form--yet I don't know how the hec to make the rope fly under my feet that fast..so I tend to go a bit slower. As for the toning segments-GREAT--if you want a quick short workout. I somtimes repeat the whole toning parts 2 or 3 times to get the maximum workouts, because I feel the toning parts are too short. But these are GREAT for squeezing in that little extra time if you dont have any. The video is easy to follow-except again-the jumping rope. Not everyone can jump that fast-without the rope getting caught on your feet. I tend to get frustrated at the rope part because I have to stop again and again. However, a pretty much good workout. Grade B

    I like the different components that come with the video and the options on workouts.  Annie is also fun to follow along with.

    The only thing I can't do is jump rope on my carpeted floor. I use the jump rope after running, I've memorized the jump rope sequence by writing it down and taking it with me. Annie Lee is a great instructor and I love her energy. I get a total body workout by jumping rope, and with the Firm Toning Cord and Firm Resistance Loop, I can concentrate on my lower or upper body workouts. I also like the fact that I don't need to use my dumbbells to do strength training.
