While this was not my favorite of the four videos in the series, it is certainly a phenomenal workout. Tracie is, as always, serious, yet pleasant, and definitely takes you through moves designed to build strength and endurance. I may return to this workout after I reacquaint my body with Strength in Movement and Better Burn, Better Buns. Tracie's body is motivational and she certainly knows how to lead a great workout.

I started with the old Firm videos and Traci and Jen were my favorites. I am an advanced exerciser with over 100 videos in my personal library. This workout is fun, effective, and a sweatfest. I highly recommend it and I am putting it in my regular rotation.

Tracie Long has a distinct fitness philosophy: her workouts are creative with fresh moves and a functional fitness feel (think balance, agility, core strength and rotational movements). Because the movements are precise, her workouts can become more challenging as you gain experience.

The four DVDs she released under her own Tracie Long Training label are in a class of their own. “Endurance for Movement” is led by Tracie and filmed in her own studio in Charleston, South Carolina. I love the view of the harbour through the picture windows.

The workout combines kickboxing-style cardio, challenging core moves with a stability ball, strength work with a balance component, upper body work with gliding disks, and a dynamic stretch to finish off. Tracie has a calm, but not too serious, demeanour and a motivating style.
