4 of 5 The good, "fun" workout of the four May 9, 2015

Although I don't particular care for "ball" workouts, I tried this as the instructor is Susan Harris--the leader of the Firm Volume 1 Video (the first of the Firm workouts that I purchased back in 1991 (eventually getting them all, 1 through 6, and rotating them for 22 years)--and the workout is designed by Tracie Long (who was an instruction with the Firm). Believe it or not, I managed to do the workout without the ball, and it was challenging, though my body didn't quite take to it as it did to Better Burn and Strength in Movement. While I don't know if I'd return to this workout, I highly recommend it for those who prefer a less aggressive workout than the other three videos in the series deliver.
