This beautiful two-hour program provides complete and detailed instruction in the 37-posture Yang style Short Form of Tai Chi Chuan created by Professor Cheng Man-Ching, one of the greatest Tai Chi masters of the 20th century. The Short Form was adapted from the classical 108-posture Yang Family Long Form specifically to allow western students to learn Tai Chi more easily and requires approximately 10 minutes to perform once it is learned.
