Welcome to the Target 20 series. You will target all your problem areas with 20 rounds of 60 second intervals. Add extra equipment such as ankle weights, resistance bands and pilates ball to increase the burn even more. The workouts are easy to follow, but tough to do. They require very little space and guarantee results if you do them on a regular basis.
THE SET INCLUDES:
Abs (23): an intense Pilates mat workout using a ball to increase the challenge.
Back of Leg (25): use a resistance band around your foot to sculpt every part of the back of your legs.
Glutes (26): use ankle weights to define your butt from every angle. All your favorite exercises and all on the mat.
Inner Thighs (24): use ankle weights with traditional pilates inner thigh exercises and some new combinations.
Upper (25): push-ups, triceps dips, barre style arm exercises with lower body engagement and a tough double weights single arm segment.
Barre (23): a fast paced, high rep barre workout to tone the whole body. Lots of fun combination moves!
Outer Thighs (25): use a Pilates band to shape those outer thighs and hips, creating that dancers dent and long, lean lines.
Thighs (24): no extra equipment needed with these lengthening and chiselling dancer like mat moves.
Total Loop (24): sculpt your entire body with a resistance loop and body weight. Lots of effective compound moves.
Core (24): standing and mat core exercises to particularly hit the obliques and lower abs. This one is fiery! About the instructor: Hi, I'm Linda - creator of Barlates Body Blitz. Let's go work out together! What is Barlates Body Blitz: Barlates is a fusion style workout that borrows from pilates, barre, ballet, yoga and more traditional cardio and toning. The idea was to create a workout, which flows seamlessly from one move into the next using the principles of isotension and high repetitions to build long, lean muscles. By using a lighter weight with high repetitions the exercises are designed to target all of those underused smaller muscle groups resulting in a defined, lengthened dancer's physique. This is a real girls workout in the sense that it is fun and feminine, but don't get me wrong it is still super intense with a big burn factor! The workouts are designed to be mixed and matched with an array of 20-30 minute upper body, lower body, abdominal and total body workouts that can be strung together for a longer session or done individually if you are short on time.
