I have SO many of Jillian  exercise videos and only kept 2 or 3. This is one of them. It's 30 minutes and hits every body part (except a concentration on abs) and it goes by fast. I love the mix of strength and cardio and not many do it. well. She hits chest, biceps, triceps, back, shoulders, etc.
My only criticism is that you should be experienced when doing it. If not trying to follow the bad form by many would be hard. She isn't that good in correcting them.  That never bothered me and I liked being able to used heavier weights or lighter weights to change it up. I also  use the format/timing to incorporate other exercises when I'm bored and keep the workout fresh.
I don't do the other exercises, but the main workout was worth the price. Been using it on and off for 8 years.

I keep coming back to this workout because it is easy and effective. I like that the dvd gives you a month of workouts by mixing chapters. I keep putting away this workout because Jillian’s over acting gets old fast. She’s way too fake in this one. 4 out of 5.

If you only get one workout video, I would suggest this one. It's tough but works the whole body and includes cardio in the first segment. There are 3 workouts (HIIT circuit, Upper Body and Lower Body). No abs, but the plank moves cover that. It's easy to modify as a beginner and also easy to intensify as you get stronger. Jillian is a good instructor, always says what I need to hear when I want to quit. Only improvement would be a longer cooldown stretch, but few videos do a good job with that.

I did the entire workout (50 mins) 1 1/2 days ago and I am feeling it now.  I'm sore in my legs, arms, back, and abs.  That's how I know I've working unused muscle.  You work every part of your body with this.  Jillian doesn't do any ab specific moves (i.e. crunches), but the other moves incorporate abs.  I recommend this one to all levels of fitness.  It's more toning than aerobics, but the pace is fast.  You will sweat.  I gave it 4 stars b/c it is a bit boring.
