I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to look like a dancing Gorilla&have to untangle their twisted feet after every move.Thats how I felt after trying this workout and I'm an advanced excerciser with many challenging dvd's.The instructor obviously drank 3 pots of coffee before filming this,considering the psycho speed at which she called out moves and by the time my brain caught up to my feet she was on to something new.What a waste of time and money

I consider myself to be an intermediate/advanced exerciser, and I enjoyed this workout and cracked a sweat. Kelsie keeps the moves simple and she's great with her ques. I'd recommend it!

For days you need to do a cardfio/toning workout all in one, this is a great dvd to get.  You get a little bit of everything from jumping jacks, kickboxing, plyos and other great cardio. The toning consists of lunges with a bicep curl, triceps lunges, curtsy lunges, sqats with lateral raises and other double toning workouts.  This is a good change firm workout from t he pst firm videos.  It is a little advanced but for beginners, Tina Smally modifies.

This is a superb one-hour workout!! A GREAT full body workout that REALLY makes you feel as if you trully did burn up to 500!! Most likely you will burn much more!! GREAT cool moves-not boring at all and as always, Chelsea is so motivating!! DO this video when you are stressed cause she will beat the stress out of you!! Grade A++++++++++++++
