Lead instructor is Terry Simpson and two background exercisers: Jeremy Shore and Jenny (?) Jenny uses lighter weights but neither modify any exercises.

You'll need a variety of dumbbells. A weight bench or step bench raised to weight bench height, a jump rope and a stability ball are also used.

This DVD has four chapters that are:
A better burn: I like this chapter because he uses offset training (different size dumbbells) while doing compound movements.

Ground Force: my fave chapter and great for lower body or as an add on to floor work DVDs
They rest between moves so gives a great chance to do mobility. Bulgarian squats and walking calf raises etc. are some of the exercises.

Jump on it: ok but folks who like simple moves with cardio bursts might like. He uses a jump rope for the 45 sec cardio intervals but you could easily use a rebounder or a cardio machine instead.

Build Inner strength: my least fave chapter and one I won't use. Very uninspired floor ab work.
