3 of 5 Very hard on the knees November 28, 2015

There is a lot of bending, jumping and lunging with this video. Cueing is good and the moves are pilates based but very repetitive. The segments are broken down into different levels. Even doing level 1 my knees were hurting 15 minutes in. I like the strength training section and the option to sit on a chair and not the floor.
