This is probably one of the worst workout DVD's I have ever purchased. The cueing is a voice over which is muffled and does not match up with the workout. I bought this on sale a while back, and while I won't be sending it back, it was a waste of money for me. If you can follow a Pilates workout without instruction, it might work for you, the instructor is probably a good Pilates instructor, the cueing was just horrible.
