The entire w/o has standing (cardio w/toning)& floor (toning w/a bit of cardio) parts. The moves are a bit repetitive, however b/c they're challenging moves where I have to focus on form &balance, it didn't seem monotonous at all. If you have knee problems, a few moves are not knee friendly-just a few minutes where you could modify. This is a great w/o that'll keep you sweaty &moving in a fun way. If you're newer to this kind of w/o or a beginner, you could modify by not using wts (I used two 3lb wts) or not using your arms. The portions where Sywlvia touches the floor w/her hands &kicks her legs -you could put your hands on a stepper w/ 1-2 risers instead of the floor making it a bit easier.  My fave was the end where she just kind of dances/moves around. The voice over is not annoying-just a few pep talks &cueing. The music has a good beat. There're a few areas where I couldn't quite tell what she was doing (straight or crisscrossed leg) due to camera angle, but I got it in the end

I love Sylwia and Tonique, and Addicted to Movement might be her most fun DVD yet. Sylwia kicks your butt but she's so positive and cute that she keeps you going. This workout is extremely hard and yet somehow I feel energized when I'm done. The music isn't bad, but I find that playing my own helps me push through.

I just did this workout for the first time yesterday and all I can say is wow. I usally workout to Cathe Friedrich, Jari Love, Bob Harper, so I am in pretty good shape, but my butt was so sore this morning I could barely move. I will definitely be purchasing more Tonique workouts.

Wow, where do I start?  I did this workout today for the first time and thank goodness for the pause button.  Sylwia will put any advanced exerciser to shame.  I own hundreds of exercise DVDs and there's nothing like Tonique.  If this DVD doesn't get you in shape, nothing will.  The express workout is great when I'm short on time and the main workout is a killer, 78 mins of hard work and no pauses.  Loved it!
