This workout is one of the best core challenges around. Bob will work you till you are a sweaty mess. His moves are unique and effective and there is also some balancing involved. Although it focuses on the core I feel that it is a total body workout. There are a lot of reps , but he does not rep you to death. Bob has not come up with anything new in a while and I wish he would. Although I'm suffering during the exercises I feel stronger and energized when it's over. Totally worth doing and I highly recommend.

I enjoyed this one because there is a lot of variety for working your core. Your not on the floor the whole time. It is not an easy workout but Bob is a great motivator.
