Bravo Tray does it again. With her unique signature moves you are sure to get a good workout. I think you will see results in the glutes, hips and thighs. Her cuing is good and the moves once again involve the whole body. Her moves are not linear but have a lot of twists and turns. I think this promotes flexibility and leanness. I'm going to stick with this workout and perhaps Method Express for a while. I recommend this workout for the lower body however there is modest upper body work as well.
