5 of 5 Lived up to all my expectations May 5, 2017
Reviewer: exermom from Newton, NC United States
I mainly do intermediate to advanced workouts, and this one hit the mark.  You can modify if you need to.  I especially like how it is chaptered, so if you're rushed for time you can still get a good workout in.  It's a good workout, but not overwhelming.  You don't do a million reps of the same exercise, which can get boring.  This DVD keeps you moving.  I would highly recommend it.

5 of 5 Fun & challenging! August 23, 2016
Reviewer: Lewis from NY United States
I enjoy circuit type of workouts and this one delivers!  It's chapterd so you can choose total body, lower body or core.  The whole wkout is about 1 HR and 10 min maybe.  She goes through some interesting compound moves then you do Tabata.  You can modify up or down depending on your energy.  I felt pleasantly fatigued and totally worked out!   She's very sweet, great cuing and knowledgable.  Excellent wkout.  If you like Cathe, Michelle Dozois, Patrick etc, you'll love this!

5 of 5 This one is tough December 23, 2015
Reviewer: Cathe fan from Canada
I pulled this one out again today and it is tough. Sweat was pouring from me. The first segment is essentially a bootcamp type workout with intervals of leg, cardio, upper body and abs. Next, Tracey moves onto the lower body and also has a separate abs segment This is my favourite Tracey Mallett workout (i like her pilates workout too). I typically do a lot of advanced workouts. This one has a great cardio effect. There is a lot on this one.

4 of 5 Love the tabata cardio intervals in the mix July 4, 2014
Reviewer: Michelle from Canada
Tracey instructs in a very pleasant and motivating way. I enjoyed the different moves in this one they left me challenged and working on my balance and strength. Great combination of strength and cardio (tabata type intervals) loved that and so much fun.

4 of 5 A well designed dvd April 22, 2014
Reviewer: Cam from WI
I wasn't sure if I would like this dvd or not, but I actually do like most of it.  I like that the weight work is not repetitive at all. It is just enough to get a pretty good workout and raise the heart rate. The cardio drills are just ok. There are a few too many plank/burpee/jack moves that get pretty boring so I worked in my own drills. Her music is off beat with the cardio, which drives me nuts. I really got sick of "hammies" and "booty" talk.  What is wrong with saying "butt" or "glutes?"  She tends to talk to you as if you are a child and I find it annoying.  However, the dvd is thorough.  I did find it advanced enough and worked up a pretty good sweat.
