This one is not a favorite because it focuses on her face to much. Come on I want to see the whole body so I can know what to do. Seeing the instructor's form helps me to work on mine...The timer just made me dread how much more I had to do... On the positive side, this one  does give me a good workout (Even though it has been years since I had my six babies).

This is one of my best purchases ever.  The DVD is marketed to new mothers, but don't let that put you off trying it if you like circuit workouts.
The workout is divided in two sections, phase 1, somewhat lighter, and phase 2, which is a bit harder.  There's a bonus 10 minute glute and thigh workout to "blast the baby cellulite".  
The workouts begin with a warm-up and then follow Tracey's "Quickblast" pattern where you do one or two sculpting moves alternating with one minute bursts of cardio.  Each phase is divided into 6-8 minute blocks. This makes the workout go faster, somehow.
Throughout the workout there are modifications shown, both for beginners, or women who had a baby recently, and for more advanced exercisers.  
At the end there is a short stretch.
I would say this workout can be done by beginners, but follow the modifications and pace yourself.  It's not easy!  It's a solid intermediate workout that can be made as long or as short as you want.
