3 of 5 Some good moves, but not her best July 12, 2014
Reviewer: MSU from NC
Tracey has some creative moves, but despite the circuit name, this is primarily a strength training dvd with a few cardio spots mixed in. There is a lot of equipment involved, but honestly, most everything except the weights and the step are extra. If you have kids in the room with you while you exercise, she does make a couple of crude comments, but no swearing or anything wildly offensive. They just seem a little out of place in the workout. She has good chemistry with her exercisers, but it is more of an intermediate workout.

4 of 5 Reviewing the Premixes July 4, 2014
Reviewer: Bubbles76
The overall good points: premixes did not feel long at all (the longest was 49 minutes), the modifier was clearly shown, Tracey had good form pointers and terrific banter with her crew, and the exercises were different enough that I didn’t feel as though I were doing the same thing over and over again. The bad: lack of warm up and/or cool down with  all but one premixes, and Tracey (although she gives good form pointers) does not always execute the best form. The so-so: This may bother some people: does not lift to the beat of the music and Tracey will sometimes stop to walk around the room and help her backgrounders with their form.  The star of the premixes was the lower body mix . Lots of DOMS today, and nice variety among the exercises.  Also, if you have this DVD, check out the credits. They are too cute! One small pet peeve – have all your equipment handy, because this premix uses the most equipment and there is precious little set up time.

2 of 5 Not her best July 1, 2009
Reviewer: Rose from Utah
I did not like this one at all.  This could have been a good workout, but the camera shots were terrible.  Tracey humor was unprofesonal in so spots.

5 of 5 Love the leg premix January 27, 2009
Reviewer: Vee from India
One of my often used leg routines is the Leg Premix from Circuit Zone. Tracey builds up quite a burn without using too much weight. I have relatively strong legs that typically need heavy weights. I love how different this feels. It is my favorite way of keeping things different from my usual heavy-ish leg routines. The total body main workout is fun to do to. I enjoy Tracey's personality. I find her charming and vivacious. Working out "with her" puts a smile on my face.

This workout was suprisingly effective.  I was having so much fun that I didn't realize how hard I was working.  I was pleasantly sore the next day!  =)
