I am not always a big fan of yoga (because it's hard, which means I need to do it), but I like Tracie's take here. She does a lot of balance work, which we all need, some good stretch-and-pull moves that does relieve tension, and a pretty good abs routine in the middle. (Oooh, pun intended.) In 30 minutes, you have a very nice, relaxing but effective routine.

I love the challenge and relaxation in this stretching workout. I also like that its not too long. She is a really calm person and helps you get deeper in the stretches with her calm energy.

Tracie Long always puts her own stamp on her workouts; they are creative with fresh moves and a functional fitness feel (think balance, agility, and rotational movements). “Reach Further” exemplifies this approach — moves from yoga and Pilates flow together beautifully with traditional core exercises and there are a few balance challenges. This workout always leaves me feeling limber and pleasantly stretched out.

Like all the DVDs in the “Focus” series, Tracie accomplishes a lot in 30 minutes, never wasting a moment. I like to “Reach Further” after doing another DVD from the “Focus” series. The music in this one is great too!

This isn't one of Tracie's typical offerings since it's yoga/stretch focused and done barefoot. However, don't think that means it's easy! She adds her signature creativity to the moves. Sometimes I found her transitions fast and a little hard to follow, yet the workout is interesting and fun. Her cueing is great as always. I felt like I got a good workout in 30 min and will reach for it when I want something different.

I am not usually one for Tracie Long workouts, but the Focus Series is her 30 minute workout series and Reach Further is the first one that appealed to me and the first one I have done. This is a nice strength and stretch routine done at a steady pace. It is not too slow or too fast  and her instruction is crystal clear and I really enjoyed this lot. It has a yoga feel with an athletic approach with toning and strength and balance moves as well. I am going to look into more of her workouts now, especially the Focus series because I also love the 30 min time frame.I felt very stretched and toned after doing this routine and fills a niche for the sort of workout when you do not know what you want to do or do not want to do cardio, but want to  move. The music was nice and the set was as well. Tracie really is a pro and this was such a nice routine from her. With the 30 min length, the workout flows nicely, yet goes by quickly but not rushed at all with even reps. Good Job!
