This DVD is a great introduction to learning dance aerobics and mimicking my dance moves as you gain strength and build up your stamina. Cardio is just as an important component as your muscular structure work and my dance DVDs should be used in conjunction with either the Mat DVD or the Perfect Design Series depending on your ability. The goal of these Dance DVDs is to excel your ability enough so that you are able to reach the level of Metamorphosis, which is customized by body type and gives you the most personalized workout available. I find this workout really fun to do. I haven't watched the instructional part, I just put in the dance sections and try to follow along. I really like that option - the moves aren't broken down at all so you don't have to worry about TIFTing or going slowly once you know it. I'm not great at choreography but haven't found the routines that hard to pick up - Tracy repeats each sequence enough that I'm able to follow it. And I don't mind if I don't get every step right, I just keep moving. The music is great in this one, I really like it. I do find, however, that all the bouncing can hurt my feet after a while, so I tend not to do the whole thing all the way through. I wish it were chaptered by song, but I just fast forward or rewind to get to the sections I want to do.

What I liked the music was great. I do not like the fast pace or the lack of instruction. I think this is hard on the body and it is frustrating. I am sure if you are dance person maybe you catch on easy. I find her too full of herself to be motivating. I disliked this Dvd the only good thing was the music.
