Petra Kolber has been around for a long time and just keeps on putting out great workouts.  I really liked this video for several reasons.  It was short but effective.  Liked the fast moves and innovative style.  It had the low or high impact option.  Petra is a motivating teacher.  I am glad to add it to my Petra collectionl

I love Petra. She is so easy to listen to. I must admit I had to get used to how fast she goes but I just improvise when the going gets tough and eventually I get it down. I wish she would make more especially like Liquid Grooves. She is fantastic.

I will be returning this DVD. I usually love Petra Kolber in just about anything she does. I enjoy her routines, instruction, attitude and accent. This one did not do it for me.  The first time I did the workout, I almost turned it off before I finished. Then I did it again, and I still did not like it. It was not as fun as her others, and it did not hold my interest. I worked up an okay sweat but the intervals were not intense enough, and the strength segments were too short to have anything but a pause-between-intervals benefit. I could not see myself working out to the DVD again, so I am returning. I am not giving up on other Petra workouts, just this one.
