The Pilates Fix brings you a modern mix of classical Pilates and effective cardio movements to create an overall dynamic workout. Included are two 10 minute routines-stretching to increase flexibility and cardio to blast away extra pounds.

The pilates segments are short, tough but doable. The instructors are really pleasant and keep things moving quickly. Even my daughter has been using this DVD. Great new pilates dvd on the market. Worth the buy. I like both instructors but really like Kristen Matthews. She is so natural and sweet. Will be buying Andrea's other one and anything else by these ladies.

I have done this workout a few times now. This is a very doable and effective pilates dvd. When I finish I feel so pleasantly worked out. It is low intensity but it works and stretches every muscle in your body. The 10 minute cardio segment has some high impact.  Andrea and Kristen make a good team and I enjoy their company. They are friendly and sincere. The dvd is broken down into chapters so if you're short on time you can pick and chose. I do it in its entirety. I am looking forward to the next dvd. Hope it's soon.

This is the second DVD I have with Andrea Speir and my first experience with Kristen Matthews.  This workout is quite challenging.  They work the entire body from head to toe.  The moves are clearly explained and set up so that they are not hard to follow.  Kristen shows some more advanced moves while Andrea does the modifications.  I do enjoy this workout and I use it about once a week.
