THE 4 WORKOUTS ARE:
Strong Slender Arms (19 mins): Burn out and define those arms with high repetition, light weight exercises guaranteed to tone all your trouble spots. The fast pace of this workout keeps the heart rate high so you burn calories whilst chiseling your upper body.
Micro Iso Upper Body (30 mins): There will be 50 second intervals of controlled micro movements followed by 20 seconds of isometric holds for the same muscle group. Your arms will be shake and your muscles will be fatigued to the max before we move on to the next muscle group.
Plank Variations (22 mins): Planks utilize so many muscles that they are one of the best ways to tighten and tone without any equipment but your own body weight necessary! This workout will make push-ups more accessible with innovative variations and will utilize all your supporting muscles as you learn to hold your body weight stable in front and side plank variations.
Upper Body Burnout (30 mins): Strengthen and define your upper body with the use of light hand weights. Using three sets of weights you will burn out each muscle to fatigue before switching to a lighter set and continuing the burn out. This focused upper body workout will get you chiseled and defined in no time.

What is Barlates Body Blitz: Barlates is a fusion style workout that borrows from pilates, barre, ballet, yoga and more traditional cardio and toning. The idea was to create a workout, which flows seamlessly from one move into the next using the principles of isotension and high repetitions to build long, lean muscles. By using a lighter weight with high repetitions the exercises are designed to target all of those underused smaller muscle groups resulting in a defined, lengthened dancer's physique. This is a real girls workout in the sense that it is fun and feminine, but don't get me wrong it is still super intense with a big burn factor! The workouts are designed to be mixed and matched with an array of 20-30 minute upper body, lower body, abdominal and total body workouts that can be strung together for a longer session or done individually if you are short on time. These workouts will hit all those trouble spots and best of all you don't even need to wear shoes to do them! Get ready to sweat, puff and burn - hopefully you'll love every minute of it!
