Great steady state endurance run! |

Enjoyed this moderately paced workout which has some terrific scenery. Begins with a warmup in Victoria, BC and nearing the end you'll run along a beach while increasing your resistance. Highlights for me were the harbor views with piers underfoot, the coastal path along the water's edge, and seeing tidbits of Victoria and it's people. Half the time you'll be in forested areas which wasn't as exciting for me, but some will find this a relaxing reprieve. Good music, camera work, production quality, and guidance from Johnny. Also, varied places and environments to visit which keep you from getting bored.
