Welcome to my Walk Off Fat series! These workouts are designed to let you hit all your step targets if you can't get outside, or just prefer to walk in the comfort of your own home. This one is music only, so pump up the music and follow along! The steps are easy to follow and make the time fly by because you aren't just doing traditional walking. Get ready to torch calories and burn fat in a low intensity, low impact way!

THE SET INCLUDES:

1000 Steps (11 min): a fast paced dance party walk for when you are short on time, but still want to get your blood pumping and muscles burning a little. The exercises change every 60 seconds and it’s a higher energy walk with options to jump a little.

1500 Steps (15 min): a faster paced walk with exercises changing to the beat. This one has a kickboxing flavour, so lots of fun punches and kicks that will get your heart rate up.

2100 Steps (20 min): you will step at a faster pace for a total of 20 minutes using a resistance loop for some of the exercises. The timer is set to 40 seconds of work with 10 seconds rest. No difficult choreography in this one, just easy to follow steps that burn a ton of calories and will also give you a good muscle burn!

4000 Steps (30 min): this one is a fast paced workout with 30 seconds per exercise to add a lot of variety. Parts of this will leave you a bit breathless, but don’t worry, there will be easier intervals too. It’s a super fun one!

6000 Steps (45 min): you will step at a faster pace for a total of 45 minutes. Every 30 seconds the movement will change slightly to make it more fun and interesting. No difficult choreography in this one, just easy to follow steps that burn a ton of calories. This one is a high calorie burn, sweat fest!

7000 Steps (58 min): this workout is definitely an endurance walk! You will step at a moderate pace for nearly an hour. The timer is set to 40 seconds work with 10 seconds walking in place. Lots of variety and combination moves in this one to engage the mind and body.
About The Instructor: Hi, I'm Linda - creator of Barlates Body Blitz. I have worked in the diet and fitness industry for most of my career and have created close to 850 workout videos to bring my passion for exercise to you!

What is Barlates Body Blitz: Barlates is a fusion style workout that borrows from pilates, barre, ballet, yoga and more traditional cardio and toning. The idea was to create a workout, which flows seamlessly from one move into the next using the principles of isotension and high repetitions to build long, lean muscles. By using a lighter weight with high repetitions the exercises are designed to target all of those underused smaller muscle groups resulting in a defined, lengthened dancer's physique. This is a real girls workout in the sense that it is fun and feminine, but don't get me wrong it is still super intense with a big burn factor! The workouts are designed to be mixed and matched with an array of 20-30 minute upper body, lower body, abdominal and total body workouts that can be strung together for a longer session or done individually if you are short on time. These workouts will hit all those trouble spots and best of all you don't even need to wear shoes to do them! Get ready to sweat, puff and burn - hopefully you'll love every minute of it!
