Very, very different kind of workout in general, and totally different for me (advance using Cathe, Micheal Olajide etc). I'm used to intense, high impact, Jump rope, kickboxing, bootcamp, athletic-type of workouts. Strangely this workout has elements of what I'm use to.... like, mountain climbers, squat-side lunges, planks, jumping jacks done in the plank position, kickboxing and run....run-hops and some more mellow elements as well. The toning parts of the workouts are a little more mellow than what I've been doing (Kettlebells) but I like that for a change. I really like how you can adjust the workouts to your needs. It has 2, 20 minutes interval 2 I believe 34 minutes interval/sculpture workouts, with or without warm ups, and an 8 minutes bonus ab workout and a 5 minute workout with Kristin McGee (her new Weight Loss Pilates dvd) and finally about a 3 minute workout "that you can do anywhere", where she show some exercises using a chair. I found the second workout a little harder than the 1st workout. The one thing I wanted the cardio to be a little bit longer, just as I got my heart rate up it was over, but than this isn't a advance workout

This is a workout which combines Cardio Sculpt and Cardio Blast. Due to I do not have much time to the full workout, the video gives you the choice to chose between two workouts.
Eventhough they are supposed to be different they have quite similar exercises. But I enjoyed it a lot. Because when I thought I could not finish the set of exercises, Violet gives you enought time to recover between exercises.
And I am already noticing the results on my body.
That's great! Specially on these dates, when one tends to eat too much...
