Just maintaining your position with the ball as you perform movements requires constant activation of your muscles. The Ultimate Belly DVD features four separate workouts to fit your busy schedule—progressing from 10 minutes all the way to 30 minutes. Every exercise is broken down into 3 levels so you can work at level 1 if you are just starting out and progress to levels 2 and 3 once you have mastered the first.
