I love the lengths of these workouts. Naturally, some are more challenging than others.  These provide you with many options... I like combine more than one to fit into my available time frame for the day.  Rodney is easy to understand and to follow... AM Connection has balance moves such as half moon.  Energy returns to a lot of cobbler's pose (This one feels good).  Strength  has wheel pose in it. Flexibility builds up to crow pose (This is the closest I have ever come to doing this pose). Flexibility returns to happy baby pose often. PM Connection feels good and has seated work...Hopefully I did not get the segments confused while mentioning several differences...

I get anything Rodney releases, especially when it has multiple practices on one disk. This one reminds me of Ultimate Power Yoga. However, there's a more soothing feel to this practice (at least for me). His delivery is smooth as always as he gently guides you into some challenging moves that flow quickly. *On my disk the Energy and Flexibility workouts seem to be interchanged. I was looking for something stretchier that day and boy did I have to work harder than expected!
