    This was a good yoga DVD for me during my pregnancy. I wish I had ordered it earlier, but it was still nice to have for my last couple months. It was easy to follow, and easy to do a really short session if you don't have much time. Also, there is a post-natal segment which is a nice addition for after baby is born!
