I decided to start back with yoga on alternate days of intense kickboxing. I started back with another instructor and have advanced to this. This is very good. I like the instructor and I get a burn doing this. I feel simply fantastic afterwards. I now remember why I loved yoga so much. I had been an avid fan about 9 years ago but kind of went onto other things. I feel so limber now.

I agree with the previous poster. This workout is a delight. Colleen makes yoga pleasant and accessible. No sun salutations here! There are plenty of soothing twists. She doesn't hold the poses too long but you have enough time to settle in most poses. The scenery is lovely and Colleen comes across as friendly and caring. I'm new to her as an instructor, and because of this dvd I would get others she releases.

This yoga DVD is my all time favourite. Just the right amount of everything in it, i.e. Positions are held just long enough, 3 short  sections so you can combine all of them or just one section if you're a bit short on time, enough flexibility positions along with the right amount of breathing and strength poses.  Not strenuous or difficult so its more  a beginner to gentle intermediate practice. Beautiful outdoor setting and wonderful music. You feel transported during the session and "alive" afterwards. Colleens voice is soothing and her cues and instructions are perfect. I previously worked out to intermediate/advanced high impact workouts 7 days a week and I found it hard to take a step back when my body started to age and develop arthritis and say to me, enough!  I switched to low impact, swiss ball and yoga practices.  But it is hard to find routines you like when you're addicted to high impact. My recommendation is to buy it!! Now!! And please Colleen, more DVD's like this one.
