GET ALL 4 FIT IN 5 GLIDE SERIES WORKOUTS Welcome to my FIT IN 5 GLIDE series. A set of workouts that use gliding discs to torch fat and sculpt all those problem areas! You will see some interesting new combinations to keep your mind and body engaged. All you need is some gliding discs or rags and some determination to work through the burn and increase your strength and stamina! THE WORKOUTS ARE: Cardio Sculpt (31 mins): Get ready to sweat with this fast paced cardio sculpting gliding disc workout. All low impact, this workout will torch calories in a fun joint friendly way. Lots of combination exercises to keep things interesting, this workout is short and effective Inner Thighs (37 mins): Get ready to chisel your inner thighs with this effective barre pilates fusion workout. You will work them from every angle with this fast paced workout that will keep your heart rate high and your muscles burning!! Standing Lower (35 mins): Get ready to chisel your lower body with this effective barre fusion workout. Using the gliding discs will target every part of the thighs and glutes with various lunges and leg raises. Total Mat (17 mins): Get ready to work your entire body with this compound moves glider workout. You will perform all of the moves in plank, reverse plank and side plank in order to engage the upper body as well as the core and legs. What is Barlates Body Blitz: Barlates is a fusion style workout that borrows from pilates, barre, ballet, yoga and more traditional cardio and toning. The idea was to create a workout, which flows seamlessly from one move into the next using the principles of isotension and high repetitions to build long, lean muscles. By using a lighter weight with high repetitions the exercises are designed to target all of those underused smaller muscle groups resulting in a defined, lengthened dancer's physique. This is a real girls workout in the sense that it is fun and feminine, but don't get me wrong it is still super intense with a big burn factor! The workouts are designed to be mixed and matched with an array of 20-30 minute upper body, lower body, abdominal and total body workouts that can be strung together for a longer session or done individually if you are short on time.
