This was a lot of fun! Really got my heart rate up and enjoyed the fast pace. I wasn't thrilled with the toning workout (workout 2) only because she didn't do the same reps on each side and kept saying how many didn't count. It appears to be more of an example of some moves to show you how to use the cuff on your own. If you changed starting sides every time you do it, it would work out. I did like it, and the cuff is an excellent addition! I do the firming part twice through (or more) and its an excellent workout. I have a blast doing this!

The DVD's of Leslie Sansone are fabulous workouts, which really sculpt your body. Even when you have fysical troubles, you can use these. I started with an introduction DVD, without weights and in two weeks I lost inches. And now I feel I'm growing into heavier stuff. I feel stronger and see my body change in a better shape. The shape and condition I had before I became ill

All Leslie Sansone productions are quality items... But this is definitely one to add to your collection for a great lower body focus. It is like having Leslie come into your home for a personal training session one-on-one! The 2 mile Leslie "Walk" is a great cardio workout and fat burner. DVD divided into 2 segments: the 34 min walk and the 21 min fit-cuff exercises. They can be done inconjunction or complete exercises later. You can adjust the intensity for your personal fitness level making this suitable for a novice or advanced Lelsie "walker." Her simple instructions make ths easy to follow from the first time you do the workout. This DVD is an exceptional value because the fit-cuff (lex loop) providing a great lower body workout is included in the DVD kit. Do not hesitate to buy this for yourself or as a gift for a friend!

Leslie's workouts are fun to do. They are easy to follow & motivating. You can add upper body weights to most of her workouts for added benefit.

I love most of the Leslie dvds that I have, you dont have to be super fit to use them, you can find your own level. they make you want to walk more and more.

Another quick and powerful workout with Leslie. Both the 2 mile walk and the leg workout with the ankle cuffs are individually great workouts. You can chose to do both as one work out from the menu or just one of the two if you don't have time. Although I wish she would choose more fun music to work out to you can easily work up a sweat with this 2 mile walk!

I really, really enjoyed this. I think there were only 2-3 times in which I heard the Slim Series music. Other than those songs, the music was the new stuff in her 5 Day workout. Time actually flew by. The DVD main menu has the following options: Introduction (shows how to put the cuffs on and how to split up the workout) Full Workout Cardio Workout (34 Mins. which includes warm-up & cool-down) Leg Workout (24 Mins. which includes nice 4 min. stretch) Leslie does her regular moves ... nothing fancy ... but I was really sweating toward the end of mile 1 going into mile 2. Lots of arm movements and tap-outs (which I love). Total workout time for me was 57-58 minutes. This one is a winner! I can see pulling it out to use very often

Walk Away the Hips and Thighs is another great workout by Leslie! It's a quick 30 minutes to do the walk. But it sure is effective. I have only used the fitcuff twice, but plan to use it more. I really felt it so I know I was getting a good workout in! I would highly recommend this workout of Leslie Sansone's!

This is a very quick two miles. I liked that the most. However, this seems like a workout Leslie has produced just to produce a workout... the fonts on the menu doesn't seem as nice or professional as the font from the other DVDs... and she's by herself in this workout, just like in the 5 Day Slim Down. Such a short walk would have been better with some more people, in my opinion. I haven't tried the fit cuff yet, but it seems to be of excellent quality and have heard a lot of good things about it from others on Leslie Sansone's Walk Club. for the price, its a good deal
